Our story starts shortly after our humble founder (formerly part of the research team depicted above!) realized he could prank tourists by charging them money to listen to him make up facts about birds. he managed to raise enough money to build the Resort, at which point his money pentupled when he realized he could sell rich tourists waffles for 18 dollars
